Specialising in services for private entrepreneurs and small to medium sized businesses, Born & Co. has played a vital role with a large number and wide variety of businesses over the years, from their formation through to acquisitions and sales. Our lively and friendly team is highly motivated and dedicated to providing the highest levels of service to add real value to our clients and their businesses.

Established in 2002, the firm offers a truly global service to overseas clients in or coming to London — specialising in both international tax and residency issues; as well as providing a solid shield and firm sword to assist our clients in resolving UK tax enquiries and investigations in a fair and pragmatic fashion.

Graham Born

Senior Partner

Currently in his 59th year as a practicing Chartered Accountant, Graham headed up the oldest firm of Chartered Accountants in the City of London for a third of a century before founding Born & Co. with his son in 2002, bringing his sagacity and experience with him.
Simon Born

Managing Partner

Graduating from King’s College London with a BA in French and German. Defending the individual, and promoting international business in and from the UK, Simon now jointly operates Born & Co.
Lal

Selvanathan Kandasamy, known as Lal, originally starting working in the oil & gas industry, before running a fashion business for many years, joining Born & Co. in 2004. Whether the issue is with payroll, VAT or management accounting – he has probably dealt with it before.

Calm but firm; Lal offers a disarming smile and a welcoming hand to all who pass through our doors.
